Our Story

Engaging with members, supporters and stakeholders

Hart Square is an independent specialist in providing CRM services to not-for-profit (NFP), professional membership and fundraising organisations, charities, trade associations and the education and healthcare sectors. We have worked exclusively in these sectors for over 20 years, so we really know and understand them – in fact, each of our dedicated team of experts comes from an NFP or membership background.

We provide totally independent and unbiased advice to help our clients maximise the benefits of CRM and associated technologies to enhance engagement with members, supporters and stakeholders. We also help them maximise donor management in order to enhance revenue streams.

We are very good at building close, long-term working partnerships with our clients in order to fully understand their challenges.
